How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button. Simply select your service, choose a date and time, and complete your payment online. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Milton, Oakville, Bolton, Caledon, Orangeville, and Cambridge. A travel fee of $20 applies to Bolton, Caledon, Orangeville, and Cambridge.
Do you come to hospitals and care homes?
Yes, we visit private homes, retirement residences, care homes, and hospitals. Our team is trained to provide gentle and respectful care in any setting. We coordinate with facility staff to ensure a smooth visit.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept secure online payments through our booking system. You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or debit cards. A receipt is emailed to you instantly after payment.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How long does a typical appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service. A basic haircut takes approximately 45 minutes. A wash, cut, and blow-dry takes about 60 minutes. Manicures and pedicures typically take 45-60 minutes each. We recommend booking extra time for a relaxed experience.
Do you have insurance coverage?
Yes, we are fully insured with comprehensive liability coverage. We also have workers' compensation insurance for our team members. Proof of insurance is available upon request for care homes or facilities that require it.
